Las calles c\u00e9ntricas, como la Quinta, Cuarta y Sexta, se vieron afectadas con fuertes riachuelos producto de las aguas lluvias.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Los caudales de las microcuencas y las alcantarillas de la ciudad se vieron sobrepasados debido a la gran cantidad de agua que cay\u00f3 en tan poco tiempo, adem\u00e1s, barrios como El Higuer\u00f3n, Ca\u00f1averal, Nuevo Amanecer y Las Ferias presenciaron el represamiento y desborde de las aguas, situaci\u00f3n que se repite cada vez que llueve, haciendo sentir a sus habitantes desamparados ante esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">La ciudadan\u00eda capt\u00f3 momentos impactantes en los que una mujer fue arrastrada en su motocicleta por la corriente, al igual que algunas motos que quedaron estacionadas en diferentes puntos de la ciudad.
