La plenaria cont\u00f3 con la presencia de funcionarios de Aguas del Cesar y de la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, quienes expusieron las metas y resultados incluidos en este punto.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la Asamblea, el diputado Jos\u00e9 Rodr\u00edguez Barriga, destac\u00f3 que esta visita tiene como objetivo salir del escritorio y acercarse al territorio para conocer de primera mano las necesidades de la comunidad.
