problemas de movilidad que se viven sobre la carrera 27, donde ning\u00fan ente regulador se ha encargado de controlar y regular el tr\u00e1fico, lo que dificulta considerablemente el paso por el lugar, generando una movilidad insegura y poco eficiente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">El tr\u00e1nsito constante de camiones de carga y motocarros, han venido creando una situaci\u00f3n de caos en el lugar, lo que se agrava por el estacionamiento de carros particulares a los costados de la v\u00eda, reduciendo el espacio disponible para el tr\u00e1nsito fluido de los dem\u00e1s veh\u00edculos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">La congesti\u00f3n vehicular en esta zona es un problema recurrente que afecta a la comunidad de manera diaria, pero que se agrava los fines de semana, a pesar de que son los d\u00edas en los que gran parte de la comunidad descansa, interrumpiendo la tranquilidad y el libre desplazamiento para los habitantes de la zona<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Es importante resaltar que sobre esta v\u00eda se encuentra la zona de ingreso a la sala de urgencias de la Cl\u00ednica de Alta Complejidad de Aguachica, lo cual dificulta el acceso r\u00e1pido y seguro de los pacientes que requieren atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica urgente.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ante esta problem\u00e1tica, la comunidad espera que las autoridades competentes inicien la aplicaci\u00f3n de las infracciones correspondientes del C\u00f3digo Nacional de Tr\u00e1nsito, con el objetivo de despejar las v\u00edas y garantizar una movilidad segura para todos los ciudadanos, haciendo una mayor regulaci\u00f3n y control del tr\u00e1fico en este sector del municipio.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\"
