Parte de esta suma fue entregada al abogado Guillermo Rafael Villa Robles, uno de los principales articuladores del andamiaje ilegal.<\/p>\n<p>Este hombre acept\u00f3 su responsabilidad en el millonario desfalco. Un juez de Circuito Penal de Santa Marta (Magdalena) lo declar\u00f3 culpable del delito de peculado por apropiaci\u00f3n agravado y lo conden\u00f3 a nueve a\u00f1os y cuatro meses de prisi\u00f3n.
