Se proxenetismo de Enrique Vives Distinguido, patr\u00f3n y excandidato al Concejo de Santa Marta, quien arroll\u00f3 con su transporte a varios j\u00f3venes los cuales resultaron muertos en la haber del Desconsolada.

\nEste hecho tr\u00e1gico se dio en la doble calzada, en el sector de Gaira, cuando seis j\u00f3venes iban caminando buscando cruzar al otro flanco y fueron impactados por la camioneta de Vives.
\n.
\nWilson Mendoza, comandante de la Polic\u00eda de Tr\u00e1nsito, asegur\u00f3 que el patr\u00f3n al parecer se movilizaba en estado de alicoramiento. Sobre las v\u00edctimas, indic\u00f3 que \u201ceran amigos y caminaban juntos por la doble calzada cuando fueron embestidos\u201d.

\nPor otra parte, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el diario El Heraldo, Vives tiene comparendos por exceso de velocidad y carga sobredimensionada y tiene un historial de dos cursos que hizo sobre normas de tr\u00e1nsito. En total, le figura una deuda cercana al mill\u00f3n de pesos.

\nEl diario El Tiempo, por su parte, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Vives fue supuestamente vinculado a un proceso por el delito de homicidio culposo.
