{"id":53299,"date":"2020-10-03T22:04:52","date_gmt":"2020-10-04T03:04:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joanpa.com\/?p=53299"},"modified":"2020-10-03T22:04:56","modified_gmt":"2020-10-04T03:04:56","slug":"cuatro-judicializados-por-el-secuestro-de-nueve-personas-en-santander-y-antioquia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joanpa.com\/?p=53299","title":{"rendered":"Cuatro judicializados por el secuestro de nueve personas en Santander y Antioquia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por su presunta responsabilidad en los delitos de concierto para delinquir, porte ilegal de armas, hurto calificado y secuestro extorsivo, la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n imput\u00f3 cargos en contra de cuatro presuntos integrantes de una banda delincuencial, ante un juez con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n se relaciona con los hechos ocurridos entre junio y julio de 2019 en el corregimiento Puente Sogamoso, jurisdicci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>Puerto Wilches (Santander)<\/strong>; y el corregimiento El Tigre del municipio de&nbsp;<strong>Yond\u00f3 (Antioquia)<\/strong>, donde fueron&nbsp;<strong>secuestradas 9 personas, entre ellas 2 menores de edad.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las labores investigativas desarrolladas permitieron,&nbsp;en el segundo semestre de 2019,&nbsp;la captura de seis personas presuntamente implicadas en los&nbsp;hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entretanto, este primero de octubre en el municipio de&nbsp;<strong>Barrancabermeja (Santander)<\/strong>, la Fiscal\u00eda y la Polic\u00eda Nacional adelantaron un operativo conjunto en el cual se logr\u00f3 la captura de&nbsp;<strong>William Bele\u00f1o Olarte y Jos\u00e9 \u00c1lvaro S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1alados como posibles part\u00edcipes del secuestro. Las autoridades les incautaron dos celulares, un rev\u00f3lver, tres cartuchos y una granada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los dos detenidos&nbsp;fueron presentados ante un juez con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas para la audiencia de imputaci\u00f3n de cargos, junto con&nbsp;<strong>Javier Hernando Salcedo y Wilson Javier Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong>, a quienes tambi\u00e9n se les atribuye la responsabilidad en los hechos y permanecen privados de la libertad en la c\u00e1rcel de Combita en Boyac\u00e1 por otras investigaciones.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bele\u00f1o Olarte fue cobijado con&nbsp;<strong>medida de aseguramiento<\/strong>&nbsp;carcelaria, mientras que Jos\u00e9 \u00c1lvaro qued\u00f3 en libertad. No obstante, el ente acusador apel\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos resultados responden a los lineamientos trazados por el Fiscal General de la Naci\u00f3n, Francisco Barbosa Delgado, para el fortalecimiento de la seguridad ciudadana y combatir los fen\u00f3menos delictivos de alto impacto.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
