 Lo debe afiliar el trabajador porque \u00e9l es quien tiene acceso a sus documentos. Debe diligenciar el formulario de afiliaci\u00f3n y adjuntarle los requisitos que est\u00e1n enumerados en la parte de atr\u00e1s del mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfPOR QU\u00c9 NO CONSIGNAN PUNTUAL EL SUBSIDIO DE LOS HIJOS?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

La cuota monetaria se cancela en la medida en que las empresas pagan los aportes parafiscales por sus trabajadores, si cancela dentro de los plazos estipulados por la ley, el \u00faltimo d\u00eda h\u00e1bil del mes los beneficiarios reciben el pago del mes anterior porque los aportes se pagan mes vencido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfPOR QU\u00c9 NO EST\u00c1N ENTREGANDO LOS KITS ESCOLARES?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

El subsidio en especie lo estamos otorgando a trav\u00e9s del colegio y los diferentes programas y servicios que brinda la Caja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfEL AFILIADO NO SABE DESCARGAR EL CARNET POR LA P\u00c1GINA DE COMFACESAR, SE LO ENTREGAN EN EL CENTRO INTEGRAL DE SERVICIOS DE LA 14?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

En nuestras oficinas ubicadas en la calle 14 # 14-66, le ilustramos sobre el procedimiento para que pueda acceder al carn\u00e9. En la p\u00e1gina web en la zona transaccional esta el Instructivo para el Registro de Usuario Zona Transaccional el cual le orienta paso a paso como debe crear un usuario que le permitir\u00e1 descargar el carnet de afiliaci\u00f3n, conocer los pagos de subsidio, ver los cr\u00e9ditos de libre inversi\u00f3n y los beneficiarios que tenga el trabajador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfEXIGE COMFACESAR DOCUMENTOS DE SUPERVIVENCIA DE LAS PERSONAS DE 3RA EDAD Y NI\u00d1OS ESPECIALES?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

No, en cumplimiento de la ley antitr\u00e1mites esta verificaci\u00f3n la hace la Caja directamente a trav\u00e9s de internet en la p\u00e1gina de la Registradur\u00eda Nacional del Estado Civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQU\u00c9 BENEFICIOS TENGO COMO INDEPENDIENTE?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Tiene derecho a utilizar los servicios de recreaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n, turismo, educaci\u00f3n formal e informal y dem\u00e1s programas que brinda la Caja con tarifas de beneficiario. No tiene derecho a Subsidio familiar monetario ni de Vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfCU\u00c1NTO TIEMPO DEBO PERMANECER AFILIADO PARA PODER POSTULARME AL SUBSIDIO DE DESEMPLEO?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Para postularse al subsidio al desempleo con vinculaci\u00f3n. Debe haber estado afiliado a una Caja de Compensaci\u00f3n Familiar durante un a\u00f1o en los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os, ser jefe cabeza de familia y no estar afiliado activo a una EPS como cotizante o beneficiario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfQU\u00c9 DEBO HACER PARA AFILIARME COMO INDEPENDIENTE?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Tramitar el formulario y adjuntarle los requisitos estipulados en el mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfPUEDE UNA PERSONA ESTAR AFILIADA A COMFACESAR POR DOS EMPRESAS AL MISMO TIEMPO?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

No, el trabajador solamente se puede afiliar por una sola empresa. A trav\u00e9s de aquella en la cual devengue el mayor salario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfEN CASO DE ESTAR AFILIADO POR DOS EMPRESAS LE PAGAN POR CADA EMPRESA EL SUBSIDIO DE LOS HIJOS?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

No, solamente recibir\u00e1 subsidio familiar monetario a trav\u00e9s de la empresa que lo tiene afiliado y siempre y cuando cumpla con los requisitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfSI LA EMPRESA PARA LA QUE TRABAJO SE ATRASA EN EL PAGO DE LOS APORTES, ME CONSIGNAN EL RETROACTIVO DEL SUBSIDIO DE LOS HIJOS CUANDO LA EMPRESA SE PONGA AL D\u00cdA?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

S\u00ed,  pero debe estar afiliado previamente como trabajador con beneficiarios a cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfCU\u00c1LES SON LOS HORARIOS DE ATENCI\u00d3N TELEF\u00d3NICA EN COMFACESAR?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Los horarios de atenci\u00f3n al cliente son de 7:30 am a 11:30am y de 2:30 pm a 5:00pm, si llaman en otros horarios es posible que nadie les conteste, las llamadas se atienden por conmutador y por la cantidad de llamadas que se reciben a diario es posible que muchas veces se encuentre el tel\u00e9fono ocupado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
