Y es que hay veces en las que percibimos que nuestro cabello no crece ni un mil\u00edmetro al pasar del tiempo y es que puede ser por algunos factores est\u00e9n afectando el crecimiento de tu cabello, estos pueden ser: el estr\u00e9s, tu alimentaci\u00f3n, alg\u00fan problema de tiroides o hasta tu gen\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de todos esos inconvenientes que no dejan crecer tu cabello tenemos para ti algunos consejos para darles soluci\u00f3n y que tu cabello crezca mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, de manera abundante y sana.<\/p>\n<h2>Trucos para que el cabello crezca muy r\u00e1pido<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>El primer consejo es que recortes tu cabello con frecuencia, puede sonar contradictorio, pero claro solo ser\u00e1n las puntitas y esto activara el crecimiento de tu cabello ya que si las puntas est\u00e1n abiertas este comienza a crecer m\u00e1s lento.<\/li>\n<li>Otro de los <strong>m\u00e9todos para hacer crecer el cabello r\u00e1pidamente<\/strong> es el masaje con aceites, sobre todo si es aceite de oliva. Puedes pedirle a tu pareja o a un amigo que te haga un masaje regularmente en el cuero cabelludo.<\/li>\n<li>Las claras de huevo contienen nutrientes y vitaminas que nutren el cabello y el cuero cabelludo. Puedes realizar una mascarilla capilar con 2 o 3 huevos retirando las \u00f1emas dependiendo de la abundancia de tu cabello, apl\u00edcatelo y d\u00e9jalo actuar por unos minutos, luego enjuaga bien con abundante agua limpia.<\/li>\n<li>Cepilla tu cabello frecuentemente, pero no excesivamente, esto lo incentiva a crecer adem\u00e1s de darle m\u00e1s fuerza al fol\u00edculo capilar. Es recomendable hacerlo cada noche antes de dormir o por las ma\u00f1anas.<\/li>\n<li>No usar secadores ni planchas para cabello. Esto hace que se abran las puntas del cabello y deje de crecer, por lo que debemos evitar estos aparatos si queremos que crezca m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.<\/li>\n<li>El agua de papa o de batata evita que el cabello se vuelva quebradizo o reseco, al cocinar alguno de estos alimentos no botes el agua, apl\u00edcala en tu cabello para que este absorba los nutrientes del agua, si el cabello esta fuerte crecer\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.<\/li>\n<li>Otra opci\u00f3n que puedes realizar es el tratamiento con acondicionadores, estos ayudaran tanto a tu cabello como a tu cuero cabelludo a estar sanos y facilitara el <strong>crecimiento del cabello<\/strong>. Puedes aplicar estos tratamientos una vez por semana y veras buenos resultados en poco tiempo.<\/li>\n<li>Desde luego, una buena alimentaci\u00f3n promueve la salud del cabello y del cuero cabelludo.
