{"id":39915,"date":"2017-08-04T12:16:36","date_gmt":"2017-08-04T17:16:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/joanpa.com\/news\/?p=39915"},"modified":"2017-08-04T12:16:36","modified_gmt":"2017-08-04T17:16:36","slug":"policia-nacional-realiza-operativos-de-control-al-trafico-de-combustible","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joanpa.com\/?p=39915","title":{"rendered":"POLIC\u00cdA NACIONAL REALIZA OPERATIVOS DE CONTROL AL TRAFICO DE COMBUSTIBLE."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong> EN PLANES CONTRA LA ILEGALIDAD<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>04 de Agosto de 2017.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Aguachica, Cesar. <\/strong>Mediante planes efectivos Unidades policiales de la Subestaci\u00f3n de Policia Los \u00c1ngeles Cesar, mediante operativos adelantados en las diferentes v\u00edas rurales, la incautaci\u00f3n de gran cantidad de combustible tipo gasolina que era transportado en un veh\u00edculo tipo cami\u00f3n. Hechos ocurridos el d\u00eda 03 de agosto del presente a\u00f1o en la v\u00eda que conduce al corregimiento de barranca Lebrija Cesar.<\/p>\n<p>Dos cuadrantes fueron necesarios para lograr intervenir un veh\u00edculo tipo cami\u00f3n 600, el cual transportaba m\u00e1s de 612 galones de combustible tipo Gasolina los cuales fueron embazados en diferentes tanques o pimpinas; atendiendo que los responsables no presentaron la documentaci\u00f3n exigida por las autoridades, ante el procedimiento de incautaci\u00f3n y una vez realizada la prueba de identificaci\u00f3n preliminar homologada, que determino como combustible Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>Se dio dar aplicaci\u00f3n al Decreto 4299 de 2005, el cual permite controlar el transporte de combustible y sus derivados en veh\u00edculos no autorizados, asi como mucho menos sin portar la gu\u00eda establecida.<\/p>\n<p>En tal virtud el hidrocarburo incautado fue dejado a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad competente, mientras que las unidades policiales contin\u00faan con estos operativos para que no se siga atentando contra la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>El Comando de Estaci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda Aguachica Cesar, invita a la ciudadan\u00eda que denuncie toda actividad il\u00edcita, marcando nuestras l\u00edneas 123, 165, 166, 3107391237.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/joanpa.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/incautacion.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-39916\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/joanpa.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/incautacion.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"incautacion-jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-39916\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>EN PLANES CONTRA LA ILEGALIDAD 04 de Agosto de 2017.
