Julio 23 de 2017, Aguachica. El Comando de Polic\u00eda Cesar a trav\u00e9s del personal del cuadrantes en el Municipio de Gamarra en el Sur del Departamento del Cesar, mediante labores de patrullajes, logra la captura de dos personas, a quienes les encontraron en su poder elementos que presunta mente hab\u00edan sido hurtados poco antes.<\/p>\n

El hecho se present\u00f3 el pasado 21 de julio siendo aproximadamente las 10:30am cuando en el sector del puerto ferry, fueron capturado en flagrancia los dos sujetos identificados como ROBINSON ALEXI GARCIA ALBARRECIN con c\u00e9dula de Cicuta y LUIS ENRIQUE LUNA TRIGOS con c\u00e9dula de Gamarra. A quienes se les hallo en su poder: un Ventiladores marca Silver Cool, una Sandwich Maker Tostadora marca Premium, un computador port\u00e1til marca Hewlett Packard (HP). un televisor de 42 pulgada marca Samsung, una licuadora marca samuray, una plancha de vapor marca Oster, un DVD marca Sony, un televisor de 14 pulgada marca Kalley, un video juego marca Sony. una video c\u00e1mara marca JVC, una maquina filetiadora marca baby lock y un lector de pulsos cardiovascular.<\/p>\n

Estos elementos est\u00e1n avaluados en m\u00e1s de $20.000.000.<\/p>\n

Los elementos en menci\u00f3n fueron hurtados a un ciudadano en el corregimiento las Pailas jurisdicci\u00f3n del Departamento de Bol\u00edvar.<\/p>\n

Los capturados y el material probatorio fueron dejados a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad competente para su judicializaci\u00f3n, donde un juez con funci\u00f3n de control de garant\u00edas les concedi\u00f3 la libertad. Pero estos seguir\u00e1n vinculados a la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
