{"id":36497,"date":"2016-12-01T12:48:58","date_gmt":"2016-12-01T17:48:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/joanpa.com\/news\/?p=36497"},"modified":"2016-12-01T12:48:58","modified_gmt":"2016-12-01T17:48:58","slug":"audiencias-publicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joanpa.com\/?p=36497","title":{"rendered":"Audiencias p\u00fablicas Direcci\u00f3n de Vigilancia a las Regal\u00edas DNP CONSTRUCCI\u00d3N DEL HOSPITAL REGIONAL DE AGUACHICA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Queremos extender a ustedes la invitaci\u00f3n a las pr\u00f3ximas audiencias p\u00fablicas que llevar\u00e1 a cabo la Direcci\u00f3n de Vigilancia a las Regal\u00edas del Departamento Nacional de Planeaci\u00f3n en el departamento de Cesar:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A la <u>Auditor\u00eda Visible* de seguimiento del proyecto de CONSTRUCCI\u00d3N DEL HOSPITAL JOS\u00c9 DAVID PADILLA VILLAFA\u00d1E DEL MUNICIPIO DE AGUACHICA, CESAR, CARIBE;<\/u> el valor total del proyecto es de $ 59.719 millones de los cuales $ 59.719 millones son de recursos de regal\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estar\u00e1n presentes en la Audiencia P\u00fablica la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Cesar, Alcald\u00eda de Aguachica, Asamblea departamental, Personero municipal, Consejo Territorial de Planeaci\u00f3n, supervisi\u00f3n, contratista, interventor\u00eda, juntas de acci\u00f3n comunal, veedores, l\u00edderes comunitarios, beneficiarios del proyecto y comunidad interesada en el proyecto. <strong>El pr\u00f3ximo 2 de diciembre de 2016 Hora: 10:00 a.m. en Auditorio Comfacesar \u2013 Aguachica &#8211; Cesar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el documento adjunto encontrar\u00e1n informaci\u00f3n relevante de la inversi\u00f3n de regal\u00edas del proyecto. La persona encargada de la Auditoria por parte del DNP es Mar\u00eda Luisa Mu\u00f1oz, profesional de control Social, Regional Caribe 1. En caso de requerir informaci\u00f3n sobre el proyecto, los datos de contacto son Tel: (5) 4230570 Mail: <a href=\"mailto:mlmunoz@dnp.gov.co\">mlmunoz@dnp.gov.co<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">*NOTA: Dentro de sus funciones de seguimiento, vigilancia, control y evaluaci\u00f3n, el Departamento Nacional de Planeaci\u00f3n tiene las Auditor\u00edas Visibles como estrategia que permite conocer la gesti\u00f3n y los resultados de todos los programas, proyectos, gastos e inversiones financiadas con recursos de regal\u00edas. Por medio de estas audiencias p\u00fablicas el DNP promueve la participaci\u00f3n de los ciudadanos en el seguimiento y control social de las inversiones de recursos p\u00fablicos, con el fin de garantizar su adecuada ejecuci\u00f3n. La estrategia permite que los beneficiarios que se re\u00fanen con contratistas, jefes de gobierno y entes de control para socializar los proyectos, conozcan los avances y dificultades, con el fin que se planteen compromisos que faciliten la correcta ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras y as\u00ed garantizar los principios de transparencia, el Buen Gobierno y
