Por hurto agravado calificado y porte ilegal de armas de fuego fueron capturados cuatro presuntos integrante de la banda los \u201cEfectivos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a la intervenci\u00f3n de personal del grupo especializado del GAULA Cesar UMA (Unidad M\u00f3vil Antisecuestro) de Aguachica, Cesar y Tropas del Batall\u00f3n Especial Energ\u00e9tico y Vial Batall\u00f3n de Infanter\u00eda No.14 Capit\u00e1n Antonio Ricaurte &#8211; BIRIC 14, adscrito a la Quinta Brigada. Que se desplego hacia la vereda la soledad, donde denunciaban a cuatro personas que se movilizaban en motocicletas, y que seg\u00fan las autoridades se encontraban extorsionando y hurtando a varios ciudadanos de ese lugar intimid\u00e1ndolos con arma de fuego e identific\u00e1ndose como integrante de la banda delincuencial \u201clos efectivos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Es as\u00ed como se logra capturar a JOSE DEL CARMEN RINCON de 35 a\u00f1os de edad, alias \u201cchepito\u201d, HERNAN DARIO MEDIDA GONZALEZ, de 18 a\u00f1os de edad, DIOVAN ANTONIO TORRES VELASQUEZ, de 18 a\u00f1os de edad y ESNEIDER MEDINA GONZALEZ, de 18 a\u00f1os de edad, a quienes se le logro incautar una escopeta calibre 12 mil\u00edmetro, la cual era utilizada para realizar sus acciones delictivas, as\u00ed mismo se logr\u00f3 la recuperaci\u00f3n de un motor despulpador de caf\u00e9 Y 2 MOTOCICLETAS.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el operativo la comunidad se mostr\u00f3 agradecida por la aprensi\u00f3n de estos sujetos.
