Una Comisi\u00f3n de servidores del cuerpo t\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI) de la Fiscal\u00eda de Monter\u00eda se desplaz\u00f3 al municipio de Aguachica, al Sur del Departamento del Cesar, para hacer efectiva una orden de captura emanada por el juzgado 2 penal municipal de esa Ciudad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los hechos se registraron en la ma\u00f1ana de hoy aproximadamente a las 9:25 en el parque Morrocoy Calle 5 entre carreras 17 y 18 de este Municipio. Cuando funcionarios del Cuerpo T\u00e9cnico de Investigaci\u00f3n (CTI) de la Fiscal\u00eda de Monter\u00eda mediante labores de inteligencia e investigaci\u00f3n dieron con el paradero de JOSE GREGORIO MONTERROSA TORRES quien es solicitado por el presunto delito de Hurto Calificado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En hechos comedidos presuntamente el 8 de Diciembre de 2011, del robo de 59 cabezas de ganado avaluadas en 60 millones de pesos en su momento y un toro de reproducci\u00f3n avaluado en 7 Millones de pesos de la \u00e9poca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por estos hechos ya hay tres personas capturadas, entre ellas un subintendentes Activo de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, identificado como Albeiro Castro Camacho, quien ya se ha visto involucrado en otras denuncias como el sonado secuestro de \u201cTuto Castro\u201d en el 2012 (Leer Mas\u2026. <a href=\"http:\/\/qth.im\/3w\" target=\"_blank\">Cayeron cuatro polic\u00edas por secuestro extorsivo en el Magdalena<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Joanpa.com pudo conocen que el capturado presuntamente delinqu\u00edan en la subregi\u00f3n del San Jorge en el departamento de C\u00f3rdoba, en los municipios de Buenavista, Pueblo Nuevo, Planeta Rica y montel\u00edbano adem\u00e1s, MONTERROSA tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 siendo investigado por otros delitos conexos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El capturado fue trasladado a la ciudad de Monter\u00eda bajo estrictas medidas de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-24119 aligncenter\" alt=\"JOSE GREGORIO MONTERROSA TORRES\" src=\"https:\/\/joanpa.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/JOSE-GREGORIO-MONTERROSA-TORRES.jpg\" width=\"480\" height=\"524\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>22 de mayo de 2014, Aguachica.
