Nos produjo inmensa satisfacci\u00f3n el hecho de que a nuestro Folclorista insignia Don BLAS CARLOS GALLARDO TOLEDO, se le haya conferido una de las m\u00e1s importantes condecoraciones por parte del Ministerio de la Cultura de Colombia y por su intermedio al\u00a0 Grupo Folcl\u00f3rico Buturama\u201d; el reconocimiento impuesto se denomina: \u201cORDEN DE LA DEMOCRACIA SIM\u00d3N BOLIVAR EN GRADO DE LA CRUZ COMENDADOR,\u00a0 no pod\u00eda ser menos, pues se trata de una persona y una Entidad que ha dedicado toda su vida y en especial la vida de Blas Carlos Gallardo Toledo, su Se\u00f1ora esposa Do\u00f1a Julia S\u00e1nchez Grey y sus Hijos en beneficio del Folclor, las artes l\u00fadicas y todo lo que tenga que ver con la cultura, muchas veces en una soledad absoluta de apoyo oficial, en otras ocasiones con el apoyo econ\u00f3mico, tanto de la Gobernaci\u00f3n del Cesar, como de la Administraci\u00f3n Municipal de Aguachica.<\/p>\n

En el d\u00eda de hoy, Noviembre 03 de 2013, en las instalaciones del Centro Cultural \u201cVenancio Pab\u00f3n\u201d\u00a0 en la ciudad de Aguachica, sede del Grupo Folcl\u00f3rico\u201cAires del Buturama\u201d, el cual nos ha representado por m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os en las modalidades de baile y tamboras, a trav\u00e9s del pa\u00eds, ofrend\u00e1ndole a su tierra innumerables galardones por sus reiterados triunfos en donde han hecho exitosas presentaciones a nombre y representaci\u00f3n de Aguachica, nos sorprende una Comisi\u00f3n de la Asamblea Departamental del Cesar y del Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica de Colombia encabezada por el Representante a la C\u00e1mara\u00a0 Dr. Luis Alfredo Gnecco Cerchar y la Diputada del Cesar\u00a0 Zulema Correa, para hacerle formal entrega de las menciones honor\u00edficas.<\/p>\n

Estas actividades, de los diferentes pol\u00edticos y Gobiernos, para que sean altruistas y desinteresadas, \u00a0deb\u00edan de hacerse con m\u00e1s frecuencia, ya que nuestra ciudad tiene una pl\u00e9yade de eminentes ciudadanos, quienes en los umbrales de sus vidas merecen el reconocimiento de los conciudadanos y del Gobierno tanto Nacional como Municipal, por su trayectoria profesional y ciudadana a trav\u00e9s de los a\u00f1os. Ojal\u00e1 no coincidan estos reconocimientos con la proximidad de las contiendas pol\u00edticas, para evitar err\u00f3neas o acertadas interpretaciones sobre los m\u00f3viles de estos actos,\u00a0\u00a0 que de pronto se trata\u00a0\u00a0 de trampolines pol\u00edticos deliberados e intencionales.<\/p>\n
