Bajo la coordinaci\u00f3n de el enlace de juventudes del municipio, finaliz\u00f3 la etapa de inscripciones para el Consejo de Juventudes. En total se inscribieron 11 listas, entre ellas ocho vinculadas a partidos pol\u00edticos y tres independientes, sumando un total de 110 j\u00f3venes aspirantes dispuestos a alzar la voz por su comunidad. Cada equipo ya cuenta con un plan de trabajo para presentar en colegios, barrios y espacios comunitarios, buscando captar el apoyo y movilizar el voto.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Lo que sigue es el despliegue en territorio para dar a conocer propuestas que van desde proyectos culturales y deportivos hasta iniciativas encaminadas a empleo, educaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n ciudadana. Andr\u00e9s insiste en la importancia de que los j\u00f3venes salgan a votar el pr\u00f3ximo 19 de octubre y participen activamente, porque este Consejo pretende ser una plataforma real para ser escuchados por las autoridades.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">En Colombia, m\u00e1s de la mitad de los j\u00f3venes entre 14 y 28 a\u00f1os, el 54?% ni siquiera sabe que existen los Consejos de Juventudes, esos espacios legales que les permiten incidir en educaci\u00f3n, empleo, medio ambiente y seguridad. Aunque casi la mitad (49?%) muestra inter\u00e9s inicial en participar, apenas el 18?% realmente se ha vinculado a estos procesos electorales.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">En la elecci\u00f3n nacional pasada fueron habilitados m\u00e1s de 12 millones de votantes, pero solo cerca del 10?% sali\u00f3 a las urnas. Y aunque participaron m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes, muchos consideran que los Consejos tienen escasa incidencia real en las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas locales.
