Usuarios del centro asistencial afirman estar enfrentando largas filas desde la madrugada, sin orientaci\u00f3n ni prioridad para mujeres embarazadas, adultos mayores o pacientes en condiciones cr\u00edticas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">De acuerdo con los testimonios, no hay personal encargado de organizar la atenci\u00f3n o entregar fichas, lo que ha generado desorden y desatenci\u00f3n, especialmente en grupos vulnerables que, por ley, deben tener atenci\u00f3n preferencial.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">La situaci\u00f3n es a\u00fan m\u00e1s preocupante en el \u00e1rea de urgencias. Pacientes con heridas de consideraci\u00f3n han sido remitidos directamente al Hospital Regional sin recibir valoraci\u00f3n inicial o primeros auxilios. \u201cNos dicen que no pueden atender, que no hay personal o que no es su competencia, cuando es su deber prestar atenci\u00f3n primaria\u201d, denunci\u00f3 uno de los afectados.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Se ha se\u00f1alado que algunos funcionarios del hospital tendr\u00edan listas de \u201crecomendados\u201d en sus celulares, otorgando citas de forma preferencial mientras otros pacientes, que verdaderamente requieren atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, son ignorados o quedan por fuera del sistema.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, la ciudadan\u00eda hace un llamado urgente a la Personer\u00eda Municipal de Aguachica, a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, a la Secretar\u00eda de Salud Departamental y al Ministerio de la Protecci\u00f3n Social para que realicen una intervenci\u00f3n inmediata. Exigen una auditor\u00eda exhaustiva que permita frenar los abusos y restablecer el derecho a la salud en condiciones dignas y equitativas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">La comunidad de Aguachica pide respuestas y soluciones concretas. \u201cNo se trata solo de largas filas o malos tratos.
