Si bien las lluvias fueron recibidas con alivio por la comunidad, que enfrenta temperaturas extremadamente altas, la situaci\u00f3n se convirti\u00f3 en un problema de salud p\u00fablica, ya que las aguas negras comenzaron a desbordarse en las calles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Las lluvias, que fueron vistas como una \u00abbendici\u00f3n\u00bb para reducir el calor agobiante de los \u00faltimos d\u00edas, evidenciaron las deficiencias en la infraestructura de alcantarillado del municipio. Al no contar con un sistema adecuado de drenaje, las aguas pluviales se mezclaron con aguas residuales, provocando el desbordamiento de las alcantarillas y la propagaci\u00f3n de aguas contaminadas por las calles, lo que genera malos olores y representa un riesgo para la salud de la comunidad.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">La empresa encargada del mantenimiento y reparaci\u00f3n del sistema de alcantarillado en Aguachica, ESPA (Empresa de Servicios P\u00fablicos de Aguachica), tiene la responsabilidad de garantizar el buen estado de las infraestructuras.
